I use to run 32 psi front 30 psi rear. cold tyre pressure. (tyres must be at least sitting for more then 3 hr or more)

Life is a journey, just pick the right bike.

Generally. the ideal pressure for the tyres is about 30 or 31 PSI when HOT ie, after about 5 laps of hard riding.

Whether it reaches that pressure when hot DEPENDS on how aggressive the rider is. Some people heat up the tyre more than others.. its just simply their personal style of riding.

For a start, go in with 28 PSI cold... after 5 laps.. the pressure will go up coz of the heat generated by the tyre. How much it goes up by... depends on how hard you ride the bike.. some people who tour on the track may only up the pressure by 1 psi to 29 psi. If so... you need to pump up the pressure with the tyre hot.

An aggressive rider may bring the pressure up to 33 psi. If so... you need to deflate the tyre to the pressure with the tyre hot.

What you want is... a tyre pressure of 30 or 31 psi when hot.

After the track session when the tyres are cooled down... take the pressure again.. that is the pressure you will set with the tyres cold for the next track session.

It does not make sense to ask another person what tyre pressure he uses on the track.. coz you and him have different riding styles.

Tyre pressure for track, like the suspension set up... is a very personal thing... only YOU yourself can determine what is good for you.. never listen to others.
