No, the new ruling affects only passenger cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles are not affected.... keep praying that it does not cause more people to switch over to bikes and end up pushing up the cost of bike COEs...

Going somewhere isn't why I ride... riding is why I go..

Past rides: XL100, CG110, Elsinore 125, CB175, CB250N, CX500, CBX400F, GL1000, CBX-6,

Get a handicap to buy a car, put your name under the insurance. Settle.

 

I don't know of anyone who is handicap leh... if stupidity can be classified as handicap, I apply myself....

They should just do away with COE, doesn't prevent jams, anyway ever increasing jams are caused by the Govt foreign policies anyway.
