legal fee// Notice fee

hi guys need some advice frm the EXPERTIIIESS...

 

man.... my bike installment due fr one month ..when i try to pay the installment fee the Bike shop MF saying i hv to pay fr Notice fee.... which i don't understand WHY must I ??.. the bike shp idiots saying thy hv sent out a notice to my AMK address which i m not there anymore..Obviously i dint receive any notice. and my question herer is why must i pay the notice fee?? shldnt they?

explain a couple of things to me bro:

 

1)they try penalize you for late payment why are they the MF in this case?

 

2)you give them your old AMK address which they used, did you update them on your new address? if not, then how can it be 'obvious' that you not there anymore and didn receive the notice? if a traffic offence notice is sent to your IC address and then court summon come coz you never pay, go ahead tell the judge "not your fault coz you not living in your IC address anymore".

TS, u gotta check if it's stated in your hire purchased agreement regarding the so called "Notice Fee". As for your address, it's your duty to update them.
