not sure even if boon siew got the replacement Brembos.....but can try asking them.... if Nissin sure have one......did u try asking bike shops for 2nd ones?? still cheaper than buy new...coz the Nissin ones cost around $800-900 brand new...not sure abt the Brembo ones...

You can check out the new brake caliper at Motor World. Brand name like Dusti... someting from Italy. Going at 580 before nego.

 

It is a 6port brake unlike standard 4port......looks like a big gold bar! Said to fit the existing master cylinder.

Got stolen one side or both, if one side I would suggest change it to single caliper application. There are bikes more powerful than super 4 and used one caliper. U can save unsprung weight. And the addition rotor u can keep it as spare as well, just need a new brake line will do...Just a suggestion...

Bring to shop change the banjo nut to single brake line and take out right side rotor...U have a single application lor,should be less than $100

Unless No choice....but i will try to hunt for sometime before change it to 1 caliper.

damn suay, never thought it will happen to me, but it did.

 

my front right-side Nissin brake caliper was stolen from the 3rd level MSCP at my gf's place at Geylang Bahru. parked there whole day, rode off for home in the wee hours ard 4am plus.

 

only realised that it's missing after reaching my carpark in Jurong, when i attempted to use the front brakes while parking properly. i believe perhaps the bloody thief had been observing my bike for some time, coz i have been going over to my gf's place alot this past 2 weeks. damn tulan now.

 

my question is - where can i find a replacement? any lobangs (preferably affordable a 2nd-hand one)?

 

any info & help will be greatly appreciated, coz i urgently need to get it replaced a.s.a.p. thank you..

yeah, traffic was empty and smooth around that time. didnt find it necessary to use the front brakes.

they only take right side becos 2b bikes brake disc is at the right side. u can go msia buy. urs should reach there by now.
