Does anyone have email details for International Plaza as I wish to start complaint procedure against full price parking for motorcycles.....the non-advertisment of such charges and also the lack of full spaces for full charge paying bikes......

any help would be great......these people need to wake up to their responsibilities

Then you should complain to amara hotel which is not far from i.p. they charge 4 dollar an hour for bikes. Basically, you can complain but will fall on deaf ears because it is their buildings. They can do whatever they like. Take it or leave it. Many buildings that area charge crazy amount. Even hdb parking also charge crazy. If you park at the hdb mscp, its 1 dollar for half hour. Wt h.? Its ridiculous.

I do not mind the charges if I am told what I need to pay and the charges are not hidden.....give me a choice to pay!

It is hidden . but they expect you to go to that counter and read their sign. 2 years ago when it was free many riders park their bikes there happily and parked anyhow. one day i rode up and saw that the barrier was extended more than usual. i entered and i asked the lady in the counter. she said now must pay and the charges. immediately i went down. better use the public carpark. but now they always full. amara is charging $4 per hour. and thats where i work. sheesh. so i park at public carpark too.

WELL, bad news . i hope you dont have to go SGH . all this many years bike parking is free. I heard from my ex-colleagues there, 1ST of April this year, Wilson Parking will charge $1 an hour. I really hope thats not true. maybe $1 per parking.will update next week
