To TS, old px need high maintenance from wad i know.. but if u know what to do with ur px, then go ahead and ride one. ^^

 

Can someone help me with this doubt? If I wanna buy a LX 150 from the dealer, will he tell me all the details? As in the IU price, number plate price, admin fees, road tax, COE, machine price...

 

Or will he just quote me the price?

if u are free, drop by the shops and get a quote for the price.

compare the prices and the location of the shop.

price more or less the same.

hee. pick a shop that u won't lost your way home on the first day

and of course confident to ride it back home.

Weeheee i just bought my vespa! LX150 IE! hahaaha it was scary to ride it at 1st coz i'm used to ride a bike wif clutch but it's a fun bike to ride! PX=2-stroke LX=4-stroke so LX is more fuel efficient! And the new LX is using FI! tats means less fuel consumption!

Dats the basic i guess... but u have to live with the classic italian temperament.....

 

MY GTS300 olready broke down twice in less than 6 months.... 1st front fork leak.. and also cause my front brakes to not function...

 

Then fuel pump broke down... without any signs..... juz kaputt.....

 

depends on whether u wan the style.. or reliability...

I've been pretty lucky with my ET8 in that all of them (I'm into my 3rd one now) have been pretty reliable. Good thing is that its got minimal electronics (which the Italians are not good at - I've had 3 Alfa Romeos to attest to that).

i ride average speed 110km/h but vespa meter not accurate right?

hi there. i am keen in getting gts300 super but by the looks of it, from ur comments, the bike seems to be quite problematic. in addition, another forumer could not start his bike on e 2nd day.

 

so are there further inputs for this bike? cos personally i think it looks great but if the bike fails to fulfill the basic function of a bike in terms of electronics or getting from 1 pt to another, then mayb i shud reconsider.

 

also, may i noe wats ur current consumption in km per litre? thx!!
