wah... so lousy service standard ah......

first service must be done at PSC?

another choice is http://www.givi.it/My-motorcycle/?ma=PIAGGIO&mo=Vespa-GTS-300-Super-08--09

That bad?

"BAD" is not the word to describe their services...

Experience to believe.. bro....

1st service do not need to be done there.

There are plenty bike shops out there that provide value-for-money services which you can service your bike and walk away feeling safe that everything was done properly.

i fully support u!!!

Feel like shooting mail to their Italy HQ how lousy their service is...

Hey guys,

I have set up the poll on Piaggio Spore/ADH and the quality of their service in Vesporeans Forum.

Pls refer to link below:

http://vesporeans.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=modernvespa&thread=2252&page=1

I hope Vespa Owners, Piaggio Owners , Gilera Owners alike, can feedback their dissatisfaction there and the poll.

Pls do inform your friends as well!

hmmm.. dunno if im the unlucky one not.. but i have learnt a lesson..

maybe it is better to void the warranty then to waste my time.. money and life!

i got them to fix some stuff as i believe they should cover it under warranty.. why waste my hard earn money going outside mechanic right?

but.. lesson learnt.. they could not identify problem and provide right solution - > resulting in more than one towing back session.. have to take half day leave few times to collect (waste my time and my previous leave)

then ask me to pay to change stuff not under warranty coz they say thats the problem...

then worse.. problem not solved.. at the end i complain.. got it fixed... but... but.. suspect sabotage... my tyres they pump front 300/back 380.. almost skidded and met with an accident..

oh well.. maybe im suay? but i think.. if u can afford it... go to ur trustworthy mechanic and pay....

Hi dudes,

need your advice on this:

Currently riding sparks 135, keen to change bike this year end, plan to trade in my sparkie and get lst hand LX 150.

1) Is there any procedure that i need to take note e.g. transfer fee, road tax (ends this nov)?

2) Which are the shops that you guys able to recommend so that i'm able to recee for the best price? e.g. Asphoon, Tong Aik, Ban Ho, Bike Production

3) machine price?

Really appreciate your inputs (^o^)

If you intend to do a hire-purchase (e.g. take a loan for the bike), then Tong Aik is out for you cos they only sell for full cash... Selling bikes isn't their main business.

My experience with AS Phoon has been positive so far. I was very put off by the attitude of the staff at Bike Production when I went there a few months ago with enquiries - if their attitude was already like that even before I've handed any money over to them, I shudder to think what their attitude will be like once I've paid them.

It's here already! :cheer:

I was randomly checking last week and saw a white one for sale somewhere in Singapore! Pricey though...

  • 3 weeks later...

hi guys, i like to know roughly how much will it cost to replace the side skirts of the LX150? I got into an accident quite long ago already just dont feel very heart content when i ride my scooter around to see that broken scrap. Oh and by the way, EVERYTIME without fail, after heavy downpour and washing of my bike i always can't seem to start my bike! It's getting really frustrating and i don't even dare to go to the washing bay nowadays.

Also, i don't mind if it's illegal....but do u guys think that the X1-R GPR exhaust can fit onto the lx150?

Hi guys. I've been riding the vespa gt 200l for some time now. Lately, the scoot has a tendency of stalling while moving off. I have the suspicion that the carburator requires some servicing. I intend to ride to tong aik tomorrow afternoon to get them to do it for me... Though i would like to be mentally prepared for the costs that this will incur.

What i would like to know is this:

1. How much would they charge to clean the carb, without addings costs of worn parts? (like diaphragm, carburator gasket and needles)

2. How much would those extra parts cost, should they require replacement?

I understand that tong aik servicing isnt cheap, but my sister, the previous owner, has much faith in their service. I believe it would be a good idea to do any major servicing there.
