An e-mail i received from an ex-NS buddy last week 3 months late why he missed

an annual gathering we have had each year since ORD.

Stunned is putting it mildly only. Although i am aware of Men experiencing

cardiac arrests even in their early 30s , it impacts you if it is someone whom

you used to know so well suffers one & in this case 2 .

Although Life becomes boring if we dun indulge in some sinful habits and food ,

just do it in moderation and give that engine of yours a workout at least once or

twice a week . Love your Fazer but Love your body even more.

Extracted....... Dear Band of Brothers

Good to see everyone again... in the photos! I could not join you guys

because of a life-changing event in March...

It began as an ordinary work day for me, but little did I suspect that

it would turn out otherwise.

Chest pain, cold sweat and "pins-and-needles" in my arms suddenly

engulfed my entire being all at once. At that point in time I thought I

was only suffering from the flu. I did not know that it was the first

time I was experiencing all the classic symptoms of a major and severe

heart attack.

I could hardly breathe, let alone finish a sentence, yet I somehow

managed to find my own way to the nearby company clinic.

After a quick examination, the doctor on duty informed me that I was

having a heart attack.

Realization of the truth hit me hard and I had to settle down and

collect my thoughts.

My quiet moment of reflection was interrupted by the arrival of Civil

Defence paramedics who promptly whisked me away in their ambulance to

Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

It was on the road that I faced the darkest moment in my life without

even realizing it.

You see, I suffered a cardiac arrest, not once, but twice. One minute I

was lying calmly and peacefully on the stretcher in the ambulance, the

next thing I heard were the voices of the paramedics frantically urging

me to keep my eyes open and not fall asleep.

Then it dawned on me how close I had come to leaving this world and a

rush of emotions overcame me. I had almost drifted away without knowing

it. The paramedics had managed to resuscitate me in time by

administering electric shocks to my dying heart. The scars from the

electricity burns are still visible on my chest.

I owe those paramedics a debt which I can never repay.

Looking back now, all your cherished memories literally flash before

your eyes when you are in limbo between life and death.

The feeling is difficult to describe and not one that I would like to

experience again for a long, long time to come.

I am just thankful to be alive.

Hope to meet-up with all of you again...

Warmest regards

Good Night.

Guess which word had this meaning.

1. Any code or set of principles containing different provisions for one group of people than for another, esp. an unwritten code of sexual behavior permitting men more freedom than women.

2. A set of principles permitting greater opportunity or liberty to one than to another, especially the granting of greater sexual freedom to men than to women.

3. A set of principles establishing different provisions for one group than another; also, specifically, allowing men more sexual freedom than women.

not advisable to do the modification...vampp did on his previous FZ6 and end up I think getting his rectifier burnt out...

you may like to check motoworld or accessories shops if they bring in after markets mod kits to do the conversion

I dun think anyone managed to burn out he rect... onli the battery flat.. its pauche who tried it...

Anyway the light bulb that is not lighted is a H7, single filament, so if you want to make the lw beam to light up, suggest you look into converting that lamp into H4... and change the plastic connector...
