alot of bikers have complained before. when paying deposit, everything okok, coming next shipment, next month.

however the things take real long to arrive, faster it will be like months.

have ordered many things from many different shops before, when they say 4 weeks or 6 weeks. most of time "zhun zhun" one. sometimes even arrive earlier if they can squeeze in your order.

because they know when they send their PO, and do it promptly.

and not give empty promises.

ask around the forums or your bikers friends who have ordered before. i am sure many have experienced it before.

I myself had encountered this from them before.

First,I ordered a powerbronze windscreen from them.Pay them in full.Promise in a mth time, but after 2-3 mths still not arrive, lucky in the end,my friend brought a PC2 from them as they have ready stock for the PC2 and minus away my payment.

Second,I ordered a set of HEL from them.Pay in full too. After 6 mths still never come,in the end,I just exchange with anything from his shop which have ready stock.

He seem to earn more from shipping costs by consolidating orders. But customer like me dun like that.I pay for it,you promise and you must delivery.

Common problem when ordering from shops. I usually check out direct the charges for ordering. If not a lot of diff I go direct. Usually get it in a week. Only if I dun mind waiting or got no choice then I go to shops.

Not really common problem with all shops. Can you wait 6 mths for a set of brakehoses?I should have went for another brand at motorworld.Normally a promise is a promise.if u cant delivery, then stop asking for full payment or deposit.

But its ok,think maybe other shops are more willingly to earn my money better.

bro, not common lar.

i have ordered from quite a few shops and even online before. from rear hugger, headlight protector. windscreen. sliders etc. boxes. racks. crashbars.

if order yourself, you can get in 1 to 2 weeks time. but you are paying quite alot for the item and also the shipping costs. not to mention the hassle.

so to save money and hassles, i ask shops to order for me.

usually the waiting time is like 3 to 6 weeks. which is fine to me.

if the shop tells me need to wait 4 weeks, but item arrive 5-6 weeks.

i don't mind actually, give and take lar. sometimes they have no control over the freight too.

but at least i know they sent the PO and is also hoping that the shipment arrives asap.

however it is different when they promise you the sky and saying next month shipment coming. very fast. put deposit first.

in the end, you wait months and months for it to arrive.

it is very frustrating to wait non-stop, there is no "deadline" and no limit for the waiting.

if that is the case, i rather pay more and order myself.

imagine you planned nicely for a touring trip, then your touring windscreen or side boxes haven't arrive. how to go ???

life is like dat mah . .

i think that is abusing the trust of your customers. lucky there are many more honest and humble shops out there.

once bitten, twice shy.

erm just wondering, have the fazer riders gotten the front fender extender already?

my friend told me he ordered since early august.
