Ya going to change EO as well.Need to confirm again with unique regarding the NGK Iridium plugs.Cos they quote me price for OWS plugs.Maybe changin end Feb/early march.Still got 2000km to go.

James996 ---> Don't you have to remove the fuel tank when you're changing spark plugs? Dun fire at me but i used to ride a phantom and changing plugs were as easy as just unscrewing it and popping the new one in.

 

All ---> Can u guys recommend afew places to get regular and full serviing done? I've always been riding a small bike and am pretty new to the servicing for big bikes. Heard how the small shops can sometimes screw up your big bikes as they are not experienced in servicing them.

many easterners around but if you want to do some riding, it doesnt matter if you are east or west or north or south, we choose a place to meet for lks and just do our riding there

Dun need remove tank.You can just rch them from the side of the radiator.Then most you will need to loosen the radiator to access the plugs in the center.

 

As for servicings,go to Hong Leong.

dun koe my mileage, but for mi.

every 3 mth (or 5k) change EO & Oil Filter.

every year change air filter, plugs, coolant.

i believe tat's the min. requirements.

servicing, i dun go for performance, just normal min requirements.

 

parts like tires / chain & sprokects / brake pads , etc will have to depend on actual usage.
