H&B has got the 30+ litre journey side panniers or the grey plastic gobi's and then the stainless steel ones.

the v35's a totally diff. appearance compared to the h & B.

how much did the brackets cost u?

did u order online?

Honestly, I am waiting on the "famed" LAB to bring in stocks for me. Then i'll probably get the panniers from him as well.... unless i get a deal on second hand ones....

So will see what is there.... its more for functionality and not so much to look pretty!!!

just a thought..... the racks are totally different for V35 and HnB panniers. the mountings points for the racks may be the same, but pretty sure the racks themselves are not.

True. That's why i will check on the price then decide which mount i will need for either the Givi or HnB.

First need the racks to come in. Then let the shop tell me which is suitable (price).

Givi top box rack is much slicker than H&B...but H&B boxes are much nicer...IMO

Past rides are already history....

dat is so true.

one of the coolest ones ive seen is the bmw variable ones.

they can be extended in width if necessary

handy if trying to squeeze during rush hr traffic

OK I agree. Givi racks look nicer than H&B's. In fact a really nice rack is the SW Motech one.

H&B boxes are very very useful and durable, no doubt. Only thing is that they look so ..... boxy... (*duh :p ). Givi ones look less bulky. Any other brands out there? Krauser? bla bla?

Boxes that don't look like they fell out of the ugly tree?

Krauser boxes are nice, but the freight charges are going kill you...I dun think local gt any shop bring this brand.

H&B boxes itself weight a ton...

Or you consider the Givi Maxi 52L...u and da jie needs alot of spaces to put gears...

For gen1, then yr choice is narrowed down to only the H&B cos i think the V35 dun fit the gen1.

i didnt find this in their catalog, the sales guy @ PML did a demo for me.

it expands to about an additional width of 2.5" on each box.

KUALA LUMPUR - Malaysia's petrol prices will rise 40 percent to 2.70 ringgit (0.84 dollars) a litre as price controls are removed under a revamped subsidy system, a minister said Wednesday.

"The price of petrol will be raised by 0.78 ringgit," Domestic Trade Minister Shahrir Samad told reporters, without specifying when the increase would be implemented.

The pump price is currently 1.92 ringgit (0.60 dollars), among the cheapest in Asia.

I still find the removable motech side racks sweeter than the h&b for the gen 2. If I am not wrong, you still have to get the h&b toprack if you want to install the h&b side racks. Correct me if they updated their designs..
