hey guys, saw the xj6 at a carpark near my girlfriends place. super small bike imo. look at the size of it beside my 125cc roadwin r. my rear tire is 150 and the xj6's 160 rear tire does not seem to justify the look of a 600cc bike.. kinda disappointed.. expected it to be bigger.. the seat height seems to be the same as my bike too...

 

has anyone asked abt the pricing of this small machine?

yar.. but just now.. i scrutinize the bike.. hm, really can tell its a budget bike.. the swingarm not impressive.. in fact the bike looked great on pics, but in real life the looks not too impressive.. even with my 125cc parked beside.. it doesnt scream out "im the bigger bike!"

HI! I'm eyeing on a aftermarket pipe. wats the different between the Aluminum and carbon fiber.? other than the price different. the power? the sound.?

 

the weight n the look ....

Generally no diff in performance except your machine will be lighter and MAYBE can hit higher knob on your speedo :cheers:

you get about 2 horses more compare with stock exhaust. Carbon suppose to give you a deeper low base sound as compared to titanium or aluminum. i dont know, i am deaf to music so it sounded pretty same to me.

Carbon gets brittle with time and you may need a new casing within 5 years

Mornin everybody...

Me too wanna join lks dis comin days... Shud inform da time earlier...

 

we lks every tuesday from 9pm onwards at Lavender food court at least for the past 3 years.

Because of the food court renovation, we shifted to tiong bee for the last 2 weeks, next week we should be back at lavender.

bro, i think the user manual will tell you how to remove the cover de... try check that out? :) btw if i'm not wrong, remove the screw then slide or twist a bit then it would come out liao... :)

 

if i'm wrong, sorry... cus i'm riding a fz6... :D

 

thanks bro...i've checked the manual online & managed to changed the bulb.

btw for FZ1S, we need to

1) remove the 2 screws (the whole compartment will be detached)

2) from the back of the plastic jus pull the socket out (jus like our pole light)

3) change the bulb & put socket back in place

4) put back the 2 screws

lol maybe thats what they think people find cool nowadays? like last time sportscars all the headlights were those pop-up ones.. hahaha
