Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

aRcHeR, i think your explanation of going toilet to pass motion is very good in confusing everyone... hahaha...

i can't relates the logic of going toilet to pass motion and remove pants but decided not to pass motion and still keep your pants down...

nevertheless, it's up to each individuals...

if u wan to remove your AIS and block it up to eliminates back-fires, this is the way...

my understanding is that to eliminates back-fires (which is harmful to your engine in long term), the way is to remove the AIS and replace it with the block off plates...

nothing had been said to remove the AIS but leave the holes around...

for more information, u can google around at fz1 forum or fz1oa or at ivans...

also, u can reduce a little weight off your bike for those who are weight siaos... lol...

hmm.. don't know if it'll function well but you will leave a hole on top of the engine case if you remove the whole AIS.

Your other alternative it to reuse the plates that was there and find a way to plug the hole. I've seen people who epoxy a coin over the original plate.

is it worth blocking out AIS? wad do ya meant backfiring?

backfiring means ur bike is not properly tuned. Can be a case of either too rich or too lean.

But i would take a lean bike anytime for a run compared to a richly tuned bike :D

it will happen when changing of aftermarket exhaust, its a matter of little, moderate, or alot

So more mods = more $$$ spent = more problem :D
