Dakar styled aluminum boxes offend me when they are clean, shiny, and without scratches.

 

So do pristine condition G-Shock watches.

 

See for youself ler, a clean KTM off road bike with no mud on the wheels, the fellow got actually use the bike for its purpose or not? a little bit of wear will give the stuff you use character. like the holes, tears and discoloration on your jeans.

 

hmmm... u got a point there... but it differs betw each individual... i alws think that no one would like their bike to have lots of scratches here & there... even a KTM off road bike can be maintained to be sleek clean... :)

hmmm... aluminium sheets... hmmm... nice idea but gonna use thicker ones... and also if aluminium if kana scratched, it will look damm ugly... hence i'm thinking of titanium... :)

So the fzs1 uses a 14Ah battery eh? I was wondering why there is a 12Ah battery in. Its working fine, however. And the rectifier is happily charging the battery. Thank god for multimeters.

 

I understand that the 14Ah models are newer, 12Ah used to be standard.

jus realized crankcase is truly kiasu... installed two exhaust protectors...

and also crashbar and sliders

Bro KonSpire..... may i ask u wat finger levers ( Brake / Clutch ) are u using coz i noticed its aftermarket type ??? Thinking of getting minor colour blingz for my Blackie.....

Fz15 uses the hs1. Its similat in size to the h4 bulb, except the high beam rating is lower. You can install the h4 on the fazer fine, but if its similar to my pulsar, the high beam will take an aditional second to engage.

 

The fz16 should use the same. Go and find out la, just peer into the headlamp assembly can see the model already. Don't be lazy la.

Finally got back into Foruminisation...... Been Busy doing some work and training Schdule since Last week till i forgo LKS Yest, too tired at home so enjoy Slackin after a full packed Weekend at the workplace.

 

Btw saw a Maroon FZ1 with a twin cap BlueFlame dings dings lorr juz now odw back from Lunch with my geeks......Is that Tweety ?!? Hhahakz......tried to look at the rider but seems he more focus on his riding sights.....yaiteezzzZ.

hey guys..

 

tanxs for all ur advises..

 

i already bought the 2nd hand 40L junior side box.. yep HJC full face do can fit in the side box. bt have to really adjust the position.

 

hope i wont be stuck at sg customs wif the box.. cz from my point of view, it look kinda huge and hot.. hee.

 

will be going for a short trip soon.. wana test water using FZ6 wif all 3 boxes.. never try before.
