Morning guys. Sg raining ah?

no more rain le... but last night it started to rain at 10pm on the west side of SG and it carry on until today morning! woohoo nice sleep eh! :D

Anybody has experience or feedbacks on motul 300v?

 

dolf & a few frns i know got tried before... it's a racing oil... if u like to rev ur machine high high fast fast nice nice, it would be good... and best is change oil every 3k as per experience...

 

right now, i'm using motul H-tech... it's kinda more to the racing oil side but not exactly like 300v... so far i have yet to try the mileage it can bring me but as of now, i traveled like 1k with this oil, u will have a kind of feeling where it will not be happy to function very well on low rpm gears changing... hahaha...

i din wash la... but i planning to wash maybe this sunday after i come back from recce session with sad_how... u wannna follow? distance to cover is 350km estimated... :)

well, that's some factors i am considering as well like smooth gear change, not so noisy in the engine department. is that what you get wif 300v? read in motor culture that there is a similar properties but more on the road use side which is motul 7100. newly released by motul. wonder how it stands but was said not for high revving......

 

btw, u using 40 or 50 visco? currently using XRev 40 visco n it's so so....wants to try some other before sticking to a reliable one.....

sorry bro i've not much info for 300v le cus i din use it before... the above comments are from my friends' reviews... or perhaps u would like to wait for dolf or other folks who had used it before to add in?

 

for 7100, yes it's more for street use... no reviews from me too...

 

currently i'm using h-tech 10w40...

 

previously i using motorex 10w60... it's a v good oil i would say... no problem with gears changing even when mileage hits 5k...

I going for my durian recce also.... we moving off 10am.... plan where to stop for breakfast, parking area and dinner area.....

Guys, anyone know if you can use a FZ1 '07 brake lever on a R1 '08 brake pump?? On paper you can't but just wondering if anyone has tried, Mr. Palmer:)??

 

not quite possible. 1 is a axial MP (FZ1), 1 is a radial MP (R1)..

 

better off buying a lever for the radial MP..

they are too slow to react to a fiery zooming 200km/hr small object... the police in boleh land also cannot detect u... i rem there was once i'm zooming above 200km/hr and was stopped by road block miles ahead, i ask him wad speed am i in, he told me i was running 136km/hr... lol... i was laughing at him practically...

 

no la u wun fly duno where... cus u sure be sitting on ur bike seat de... hahaha...

 

btw i wouldn't say i tested and proven cus i haven been caught before... i can't justify the statement of tested and proven as of now... anyway the above are my point of view la... if anyone have stronger grounds, feel free to discuss... :)

cus IU have sensors to allow enforcement units to be able to detect you via ur IU and hence able to trace ur records via ur IU... so if u off ur IU and if they can't catch ur number plate, u r consider stealth... :D
