Your friend lost the master red key ??

If the bike is still under loan, go to the bike shop and ask for the red key to be duplicated.

I almost got into this problem...to my knowledge the red key cannot be duplicated. It has some sort of sensor inside that is needed for use with the meter...it costs 1k plus to change the ignition unit

Black key red key wtv key also can duplicate as long as you gt a key can duplicate.. 10mins $60 is all it takes.. the shop beside regina can do it..

The red key is the master key and will be able to duplicate it. Good luck.

Hi guys. Im new as fazer rider. Used to ride 07 r6. Just wanna check what exhaust slip on available street legal has the nice bassy sound? Last time my r6 using akrapovic full system but the sound relatively soft. Currently riding 2012 fz1n. And my FC is like 15km/L. Riding at 3-5 x1000rpm. The F-trip came out at 180km I when to pump petrol is only 11.5L. Is this normal Will be great to know from you all..

Need your input about something, bike is a 2013 FZ1N. Exactly a year old, recently started having some problems starting. Bike used to idle lower than recommended but ran great, so for the past few months I've been guilty of messing with the idle trying to find the sweet spot. I don't know if my itchy fingers caused this, but now it idles low at first crank when cold, and the idle climbs back to normal when bike is warm. 900-1000 when cold, 1200-1300 when warm. I understand that this isn't right, it was not like this when new. It also needs a few cranks before it starts when cold or warm.

 

At the moment, I'm suspecting that there is some fault with the battery and possibly the thermowax unit that controls the cold idle. Anyone else has had similar encounters? Would love to hear your inputs about this. Thanks!

Hi guys. Am riding 2014 fz1s.. Noticed when I stepped in my rear brake at time or stop in slope there will b a "tuck" sound from e right side near e brakes. Anyone of u experienced this? Anyone able to advice on this too? Bike so far so good brakes r Ok but it's just e sound tat worries me. Thanks

Try rocking the rear caliper side to side or front to back. Could be excessive free play which just needs retightening of the rear wheel.
