i mostly start from friday evening. after werk, i will shoot up north. sometimes saturday morning. depends on situations.

anywayz, im bikeless also. my bike is in KL doing major servicing:

 

top block overhaul, port n polish, change shim, timing chain, gasket, eo, valves, etc....

 

will be collecting it in 1-2 weeks time.

just called my friend in KL to know wats my bike situation. he said the 4 valves is still good as new. my dented tank he already fix it. timing chain still looks good. only need to change tensioner gasket, shim and eo for now.

my bike wont b ready till next week. will be changing

 

2 pistons

2 piston rings

timing chains

timing chain bearings

clutch plates

gaskets

eo

and some other stuff

 

total around rm1500 huhuhuhu......

ok heres a bried info on my servicing. i will mention some parts that needs to get replaced.

 

ignore d stomach, gasket needs replacement. i was surprie that the gasket is made of steel. compared to my pulsar's low quality gasket, respect hyosungs quality.

my bike strip naked. luckily, i was told that my engine below, gearbox con rod are looks okay and doesnt need replacement.

i was surprise my 4 valves still looks shiny. good to use. no replacement needed.

the most saddest of all is my piston. all worn out. hey, no surprise, from the way i ride my bike, and my almost 100000km mileage, of corse theres bound to have wear n tear parts. this is one of them.
