Riding up to Malacca

Date: 14-10-2005

 

Meeting Point: GP Esso ( Entry through Tuas 2nd link)

Meeting Date: 14-10-2005

Time: 8.00am

Distance Cover: 450km (estimated 2 way)

Travelling Speed:

- 100km/h : 120km/h

 

Summary:

1. Meeting at gp esso

2. 1st stop at Macap R&R & Petronas petrol kiosk

3. 2nd stop at Pagoh R&R shell petrol kiosk

4. 3rd stop at Ayer Koroh exit.

 

Trip Details:

1. Starting point GP Esso

a. Meeting time 8.00am

a. Moving off at 8.15am Sharp

 

2. First stopping point at Machap R&R 75km (by road Mileage)

a. Est. time arrived in Machap R&R 9.15am

b. Moving off at 9.30am Sharp

 

3. Second stopping point at pagoh R&R 145km (by road Mileage)

a. Est. Time arrived 10.45am

b. Moving off at 11.00am

 

4. Arrival Ayer Koroh Exit/Entrance

a. Est. Time arrived 12.00pm

b. Group form up to enter Malacca

c. Start moving off @ 12.10pm

d. moving off to Mahkota Parade

 

5. Leave Malacca (4.30pm)

a. Reverse Journey

b. Dinner to be decided (Perling, Kulai, Tian lai or Sg?)

Itineraries:

a. Chicken Rice ball for main course unch. Orh ni for starters, chendol for appetiser...

b. Shopping and Mahkota Parade, sightseeing. Own Time Own Target.

C. Meet up to return home (4.30pm)

 

Est. Time Reaching Singapore 7-10pm (depending on dinner)

 

Things to Note/Bring/Wear:

 

Please check your bike: brakes, signal lights, bulbs, 2t level (can be bought at petrol stations) etc

 

White Card

Toll fee: RM$1.30 per entry/ exit

$0.60 cashcard per entry/exit

Raincoat

No slippers or sandals please

Gloves, Full face helmet, Riding jacket ( safety is everybody’s responsibility )

Money for petrol (rm$1.61/litre ), makan, shopping

Updated: Alex can't make it

 

both bike and biker is feeling unwell. If biker feels well but bike cannot make it, anyone of you want to pillion him? :sweat:

 

I am getting an indon friend to come along with us, he will be on my bike so need an extra volunteer for alex

 

and of cos, if u guys are dulled by the fact that they are now potentially 3 bikes going, i'm open to other suggestion

For you guys who don't know yet... I'll be going to Spain to do exchange next semester... prolly be there for a good half a year. That's why gotta sell la.

 

Wanna go jb too.. but got stuff to to la. Last minute work before school starts again.
