Hey peps, i am planning to change my Chain and Sprokets in abt 2 weeks time, and i would like to get some info abt them as its my first time changing it on my Super4..

I basically made up my mind on the Chain i wanna buy which is DID x ring costin abt $120 at HKL, however i am not sure wad sprokets to use. 1) Original honda 2)AFAM or 3) Talon sprokets...

Those using please comment on which one to buy... and good point plus the amt of time it could be used b4 totally worn off... Currently using original but kinda leaning to get AFAM but scared of wear rate..

DIDx ring 525 with original honda sprockets.............

>>>changed 31-10-05

till now still haven't adjust before ....>>>>clocked :20000km

but at the end of the day, no matter how good the combination may be, it's ur riding style and ur care that makes the chain last...

if u are the type that have to burst everytime the traffic light turns green, then u're likely to change faster .......

however if u're the type that values ur bike in a way that it's ur transport and ur touring buddy, instead of bursting and throttling up instantly, u let the acceleration kick in smoothly, ur chain is likely to live longer..........bear in mind wat i posted b4,

if u keep to a strict chain lubricating mileage, let's say 500km, then jus keep to it ....

my 2 cents bro:smile:

In my personal opinion, get a 45T Original Honda sprocket and DID X Ring would be sufficient.

Using 45T, its very well balance between pick-up and top speed. Tried before and currently using it now...
