Is there any software that can copy copyright cd?

Yes and no.

 

At the factory, if the CD is physically stamped with anti-piracy data or techniques --right on the surface of the CD itself, chances are software over the 'net might not circumvent it.

 

If this anti-piracy techniques are digitally coded into the files before the CD is stamped, the chances of software circumventing this restriction is much higher.
