Yes indeed it is.... I am kinda busy lately... and right now I am about 2500 kilometers from home in Nordic country Finland,

and did this trip all the way on the Xc.

Hi hi I am blond but no viking-blood...If I was a viking I smoked 25 cigarettes a day and consumed ridiculous much alcohol,

OMG they smoke and drink like hell over-here, ha ha, probably also the most insane expensive country I have ever visit.

But to the point:

The screen is from France company Ermax.

This Ermax windshield is thicker then I have seen from other brands like Givi etc.

 

My Ermax windshield is "smoke colored"

I have ordered the Windshield in my own country 'the Netherlands' I payed 130 euro's that will be about 210 SGD.

Jan how tall is your windshield? What is your height? When you sit is the windshield height above or below your nose when you look line sight? How is the aerodynamics? What top speed you have travelled?

Questions are no problem, besides since I described many of my mods onto this topic most answer's you can also find,

starting somewhere from page 15 or 20

 

I am tall 182cm. and almost my whole face is above the screen. I will measure the size from lowest point (equal to OEM screen) until top of screen tomorrow so you can imagine the strength.

 

Aerodynamic is very good, because the screen got a kind of wave form.

 

I use malossi Variator set and dna airfilter, I drive alway's fast my top GPS speed is about 160km/pHour / 8000 rpm.

 

If it rains you not stay dry with this Ermax screen

I remembered that with my Givi screen on my DownTown I had no prob to stay dry during the rain.

These are original Kymco parts. If you are in FB search for this guy call Bike James, he stays in Taiwan and able to source the parts for you. Cheers.

Selling my used headlight protector for xciting 400i. Transparent. Velcro is no longer sticky but i will replace it with 3M double tape for buyer. Selling at $50.

@jan, do you have adjust anything at all with the fuel management when you mounted your exhaust? Does it occasionally makes popping sound at all?

Should be no problem at all la. A lot of exhausts with catalytic converters also get so hot it will start to glow although I am not sure if the 400i comes with a catalytic converter.

 

I should think an aftermarket exhaust should run much cooler but do not enjoy the prospect of noise pollution when I go riding unless you guys can recommend me something which is not too loud?

How come to do a full servicing for Xciting 300 n 400? What does the servicing includes?

Change engine oil, gear oil, oil filter, may be air filter. Also service CVT box, like opening it then clean it and fix back.
