The 4.3" Garmin Nuvi 1350 (America not the local SG/MY), this is not an obsolete model, there is support for the latest software update from Garmin. Currently its loaded with the latest system upgrade and America maps. I have loaded the malfree maps from mappers for navigation in SG/MY/Thailand. I have use this GPS this year January for touring on my motorcycle from Singapore to Chiang Mai with no issue at all. It also has the car suction cups for you to mount on your car wind screen if you drive.

 

I use a ram mount medium size Aqua box to waterproof the GPS, the ram mount is using handle mount type, suitable for most street bikes with handle bar. The medium aqua box is also big enough to fit my monstrous samsung galaxy S3 in otterbox defender casing. The ram mount set up cost more than $130 inclusive of shipping.
