Thanks for sharing guiderer. If have aftermarket screen for the 500R, I would think it should fit nicely on the 400R.

Hi all bros,

Sorry my noob question....was wondering if this CBR400R is able to produce the exhaust sound of a cb400?

Realized that cb400 has a unique exhaust sound...is it due to the vtec?

Regards,

What do u really get for being the fastest?? :cheeky:

Haha...feels that cb400 not sporty enough...

think in 2a only cb400 and rvf have the best sound... what i heard is some ppl like cb400 is bcos of its sound, im one of them... looks uncle to me initially, after that im ok liao... anyway cb400 is a bike that wont consider out dated simply base on honda new cb400 still the same look as spec3...

Somemore got the CB150X coming up.. so Class 2B,2A,2 all got X Machines!!

The Facebook Group also quite interesting...

https://www.facebook.com/groups/SG400X/

not forgetting our CrossTourer Group

https://www.facebook.com/groups/712555548772261/

NC700X

https://www.facebook.com/groups/712555548772261/

Maybe we can have a XXX group for all Honda X Machines?

I see all the buzz about Honda CBR150R and CB150R, but there seems to be almost nothing about CB150X (which I am most interested in), called up Boon Siew and they say they have no intention in getting the 2013 CB150R bikes. After doing a check online about CB150X, it seems like this particular variant do not exist to a certain extent, comments in the shown has someone saying it(quote: That’s only an edited picture by TMCblog,, an X-series wannabe on CB150 basis. Please check out a cut of CB150′s headlamp and side air scoop there..)(http://www.motoroids.com/news/2013-honda-cb150x-adventure-motorcycle-unveiled/) since there are a lot of people saying that CB150X is an edited photo by a X series wannabe, which is sad news though.

Fellow 400x owners,

I finally got my bike last Saturday and wanted to ask other owners about the front turn signals: they are always on. so they are either blinking or on.

Is that normal?

Thanks in advance.

it is absolutely normal, it's not a bad thing, considering the view when drivers see in their mirror, immediately due to the space between the lights, they will know it's a bike.

once i drove a borrowed car, during night time when lighting isnt that great, i think the mirrors are "tinted" it makes drivers easily mistake bikes for car. (i drive a number of different cars on a daily basis due to work.)

thanks for the info. I did call the dealer today to confirm and they said it is as per design. I guess for better visibility as you said so it is a good thing to have.

I was just worried there was a bad electrical contact somewhere.
