and what's the differences between those plate types, fx fv fs whatever,

the schools are Bukit Batok Driving Centre (BBDC), Singapore Safety Driving Centre (SSDC) and Comfort Driving Centre (CDC)...

 

the older the number plate...the older the bike, ie a FT bike is older than a FZ bike...unless the owner retained his number plate...
