yah still around .... seldom post though.

i took over adrianslacker's one, FS** belongs to someone else. i remembered clearly as it showed up at planet wrecked and i was examining it top to bottom. looks like ah chong and crew got it up and running

Hmmm. from adrianslacker. I guess it's not the number plate - FS18.

Having fun with the bike?

Yo guys, has been a long time! my COE ending Nov going to renew 10yrs. Anyway, I changed my Timing Chain and now my Bike sounds like a Chopper.

Think the mech screwup the carb when doing the work, I trust him but don't think he can do my carb as his side no equipment of any kind for tuning.

Anyone got a reliable experience tuner to recommened? Loois, Planet motors. Or Anywhere with Dyno Tuning?

Hi Limsteel,

Good to hear from you after such a long time. And glad that you are still on the SV. Completed your study? And how's mini-limsteel? Old enough to take the pillion seat?

I've been using Michael Chong of Kallang Cycle for my valve clearance and tuning last year. He is good with V-twins and he is in the market for quite a while. One thing to highlight. He does all the servicing by himself. You may like to check him out.

If you are popping by this Sat, do drop me a call (9003 2656). I'll try to catch up with you at the workshop over coffee.

anyways anyone knows where to get the starter connector at the clutch?

You mean the safety switch? I bypassed it. So I short the wire to the safety switch. Bike start without clutch in... Still quite safe, gear engaged with side stand still cannot start.

yes its that switch. currently i have to play with the clutch to start. anyways where did u get it done? thanks bro.

You can DIY... at the switch, there is a connector with 2 terminals. You can either cut the connector and twist them together (meaning short the circuit).

(if you wanna retain the connector) retain the connector, Just short the terminals with a wire then connect it back to the switch.

DONE!
