Mid05 Skided once, head cowl and headlight replaced.

Nov05 Respray but paint not shiny anymore.

Yes. really envy myself having 2 bikes. But SV650S sitting at carpark collecting dust 5days a week (only ride it 2 days). At least I sell it to someone who appreciates the bike. Do it up nicely can release the agile beast within, he has been asleep for too long under my charge. You know the owner and gang of friends? they say you might wanna come yesterday but you no show.

 

Anyway, already have the regretting feeling. That's why I didn't even want to collect a deposit so I can aeroplane the buyer if I later decide don't sell... heheheh!

Side track abit, saw a black sv with side box along Serangoon Road this evening about 6pm.. Long time didnt see another sv on the road..

Love it! I always love low end power... reminds me of my DR650.

 

Except the F650 behave like a woman... Occasionally, it throw tantrum. Stalling for no reason and bike movement jerky at low RPM.

 

after reading faq.F650.com I suspect the throttle body need cleaning or TPS issue.

I believe you can still import. The US website still lists the SV650, so there is likely to be old stock available.

The SV thread is less active these days... all the active owners have moved on. Not to mention, the super RARE SV400 I guess there is only a few left on Sg Roads.
