(Anyone got Ah Boy $20 Super4 bottom fairing? See whether can DIY to fix it up... instead of pumping Hundreds of $$$ to buy.)

 

- Rear Seat cover ( make it single seater)

Ebay selling like ~US$100+++ include shipping may end up paying $250 for it..

Frame slider, got. Swing arm slider..not too sure.

 

I've tried to figure out a way to put on the bellypan, back in the days I thought it'd look trick. Cannot ley..even for Super 4 they need cabletie to secure it liao...

I got some long strips of Sheet metal... I have some concept liao, bend it to replace the cable tie. using existing mounting pts and the exhuast pipes as the support, hopefully can attached it...

 

Most important no mounting brackets must be seen after fixup complete. See how, got time I buy the under belly and give it a shot... but the S4 belly is design for 4 exhuast... single exhuast might look funny in it... Maybe buy LC kia belly fairing!

i will have even more headache deciding WHERE the money for the new bubble is gonna come from.

went to motorworld today, ordered my smoke MRA double bubble. why? the chrome one is not tinted, but actually a black piece of plastic with chrome paint on one side! And ermax one costs 25% more.

 

Asked about the other accessories they had:

 

belly pan (not bottom fairing) - red $400, black $550 (dont ask me why) :faint:

rear fender - $250

rear hugger - forgot the price

 

guess i have to use cardboard and fabricate my own belly pan, didnt expect it to be so expensive

If that belly pan is original Suzuki part then it's still reasonable. It's going for USD250 = SGD400. I have been looking for an aftermarket one for my '01 SV650 but have had no luck. But I have no idea why the black one is more expensive than the red one.
