Yeah just read about it front page of thte Berita Harian.. guess, General Ishak made a golden history for aspiring malay officers to achieve such heights... But i guess it'll still be awhile before we can get another general...

 

Like wad some of u said, he got that commander looks and poise, coupled with eloquence in the way he speaks.. He was BMTC CO when I was serving in that island..

 

Wonder when that f@arker Raymond Tan wanna get his SWO.. last i heard he was posted to be SAFTI as RSM..

yeah, read about it.. cardiac arrest.. its damn scary when the heart just stop beating like that.. maybe its just his time.. he'll leave as a legend with the likes of elvis presley..

 

remembered his early days, when he took off his cap, people goes weak in their knees and faints..

 

To me, one of the greatest gift Micheal Jackson brought to this world, was by his song, "Heal the World".. Listen to it slowly and reflect.. Very touching..

 

May he rest in peace..

General Ishak is a super down to earth person....he told us b4..."talk to me as thou i am a human being not a colonel"

Faz, if u sweep ur opponent's head with a legal move and without u knowing, cause his internal head injuries, can u be sued?

 

I was watching a UFC fight, and the guy lay motionless after being punched on the temple..

we signed indemnity form already...i believe you step in the ring having at the back of ur mind that anything and everything can happen to you...

 

the gym has over 200 muay thai practitioners ...but only
