I understand that I have received a summon(notice no.) of $70 on _____________. I would like to appeal as I was forced under circumstances.

 

On ________, I rode on my bike to Boon Lay market for lunch. Having not been there for a long time, I realised that the gantry was in place, as previously, it used to be coupon parking. I was unprepared for the new system and did not bring my cash card. Therefore, I have to park on the pavement and walk to the nearest 7-11 to purchase my cashcard. Upon return, I realised that I have been issued a summon.

 

I would like to highlight that, although it is not right to park on the pavement, my intention was to purchase a cash card and subsequently pay for the parking fee. I hope that you can understand the circumstance that I do not have my cash card with me at that moment and kindly waive off the fine as it was also my first offence.

I received a fine on _______ at _________ for parking on the pavement. I would like to highlight that I was buying food for my sick sister who is 2 years old. As a matter of fact, I parked exactly 3mins and 42 seconds.

 

I hope you understand that $70 is an enormous sum for a poor student like me. I pay for my own school fees (which is about $6000 per year) and I struggle to make ends meet. My 7 siblings, age from 2 to 4 yrs old (2 sets of triplets), depend on me to bring home the bread. $70 may be a small sum for others but it can last my family 3 months.

 

I hope you can look closely into this matter. I can pay the fine if that is the only way out but I will hold you responsible if my family starve and suffer. I will never forgive you and will continue to park at every pavement I see. Don't make me angry. I will turn green.

I saw ur bike tdy at science carpark..errr s13 there i think. it was arnd 4...just had my meal at megabites. hehehe

 

and got some news to share with you all. the skool security, after almost 6months, finally called me to say, we've got the guy who stole ur cashcard on the cctv. then finally can go make police report. haha i reported to the skool security on 23rd oct 2007 lor. now then case continue.

 

anyone got their cashcard stolen b4? i had mine twice gone, once when i was gonna be late for a morning exam paper. back in the days when the bike parking at src had roof. the other one was at biznez. just top up card summore.

cs i found a new route back home with almost clear traffic in peak hr. less than 20min to get home. at clementi road u make a right turn and flollow the mrt tracks, then turn left after the carmart near commonwealth, go straight, then left turn to hit farrer road.
