First, I would like to bring upon you guys attention that this is a transition committee, as there are NO or NOT MUCH juniors for them to pass down. I will do my best to work things out and get a recruitment drive going so that BABE-STARVED people like ISSAC and PPLATER will be committed to the club. There are a few things I would like to say.

 

1) President - Please don't regard me as a PRESIDENT for I simply hate this title. Call me dog, pig ,**** or what ever. Just not PRESIDENT.

 

2) Nusriders Forum - The NUSRIDERS forum is DOWN at the moment. Please bear with it as I am looking to get another domain for us Probably DOT COM. This I will have a good talk with Wadi after exams. (Wadi don't think you can siam. I know you work alone best, like spidey, so I hope you can help me out on this.)

 

3) Matriculation Fair - I have replied to OSA and we have a booth. This year is not going to be just tables and chairs. I hope all my brainy riders can come together to brainstorm during an outing after exams. =)

 

4) Last outing for the sem - Faz and I are working out the details for a final gahering before the mugging begins. So the official announcement will be made then. Let's gather for one last time before we bury ourselves in books alright. Most likely it will be on Thursday night as we leave the Friday night free for you guys to go out with you loved ones.

 

I will try my best to maintain the status (hopefully improve) of the club. However, you guys know I can' do it alone. Even with the committe, I hope we can work towards getting more people to join us and have fun. The support I am having now is great (esp from Stan CS Wei Quan). I will work hard and I know the club have a place in your heart. =)

Firstly, I'd like to congratulate the new committee members for the election!..

Anw..i' was thinking that we should have a recruitment - cum - meetup session for the club.. I see that there are quite a number of bikers around the school.. but they never get to know about the club.. hence.. i think its in the interest of the club to just invite more bikers they knew.. i.e. from their own department carparks at school .. to join the club for activities.

 

or maybe we can just dedicate a day.. we go around school and distribute flyers onto bikes.. maybe the publicity will boost up.. prior to an organizing an event..

 

about the NUSRIders.org.. pretty much gave up on it.. haah cant seem to post.. maybe u can look into it as well..

 

btw.. saw ntu's rider booth at their open house.. they actually placed an R6 infront of their booth.. cool eh?? haha

 

regarding the outing.. maybe we shud find a place whereby we can sit down and admire the night scenery and talk about current club issues.. west coast park is opened btw.. (hint hint)

Dear all,

 

There will be an AGM for the handing over of the 07/08 committee to the 08/09 committee. Please feel free to attend this meeting.(the new president might be giving out free ice cream as per tradition)

 

Date: 31 Mar, Monday

Venue: Macdonalds NUS

Time: 1120am (ex and new committee members will meet at 11am to discuss admin issues)
