knn today wanted to park at krh, skarly got the security car patrolling up and down, end up i went to sheares hall n hide it with the decoration floats

HEL brake hose- $150

Change oil and filter- $78

 

got one free bottle of Sikolene Boost.

 

Ash I think abt $200..

 

his cam is leaking so need to change that plus the oil seals and I think he also flushing coolant..

 

any added ons I donoe..

eh CH i ended up not sleeping at all b4 my 9am paper, too stressed out to fall asleep except for a 30mins doze frm 6.30am to 7am...

hahah.. im back...

 

damage was $200 bucks.. plus $12 of accesories at motorworld..

could have spent more if i got the money.. damn.. the showroom will

make every biker orgas for like 30 minutes non stop... hahaha

 

the bike feels much better now.. but i still feel there's excessive heat

from my engine there... i dunnoe if its the hot weather or wad.. but

damn.. i tot engine ice could do better.. maybe after melaka trip

tuning plus eo change plus OWS 3 in 1 package.. if that doesnt solve it,

im going to bloody sell away the bike.. and get an sp.. hahha

true true.. it has lotsa nice place.. but pathetic coz the study room is ****ing small.. why do they even call it room>? might as well put study cubicle..

i decided to take a short jog today after reaching home...

 

 

Goodness.. i ran like 1km and im panting like a baby with asthma..

sigh my fitness is going down the drain..

 

CH.. is there any good running route in gombak?? i'd always run at guilin..

but hate the pavements there..

ok ash, we see the white drz with box, we call campus security to clamp the bike!

 

and i seldom run nowadays, i run in sch if i do run. so i not sure what's nice route to run at gombak...can try running to nature reserve...quite nice park.
