kitty ..btw.. i heard that you need a masterkey to duplicate the keys.. hence if they dun have the duplicate.. u can try to trace back who is holding the masterkey..

 

happened to my sis bike.. have to trace back to the 1st bikeshop that is still holding on to it..

My fren lost his CBR1000 on saturday...at KL hotel lobby...on saturday

 

His uncle lost his R1 at machap on Sunday....5 seconds after parking...walk up stairs to go toilet and vrooomm...there goes his bike...

 

the only bike not stolen was his's dad BMW...3 bikes go...1 bike come back...along with 2 sad sad riders....

 

Thank god we din even go

 

thats one of the reason why i will not ride there for motogp.. there's way too much of these kinda cases..

guys i desperately need help. please advice me. today i had an accident at the junction of clementi road and ulu pandan road at the police kins unit there. i was riding sp and the guy was phantom. this was what happened. the accident was at 3.50pm. i was on my way home. the road was clear except for the phantom. i was going at abt 60-70. i was reaching the junction and the phantom was abt 100m ahead. the green light was on but the turning was not. i intended to turn right btw, to ulu pandan road. so i slowed down to abt 30-40. as i was nearing the junction, abt 50 m or so from the junction, the turning right light came on so i maintained 30-40 to go thru the turn. when i juz passed the pedastrian crossing, startin to lean for the turn the phantom juz cut into my lane, in the white-dotted-turning box. i jammed brake and skidded. there was no impact. i had abrasion to my right knee and elbow.i got up and push my bike infront of the police kin unit. i asked to claim his insurance and he say i cant so he suggested calling the cops and i agreed. i boarded the ambulance and went to hospital. after my treatment i when to the police post at nuh and made a report. now my bike is in TPHQ. the IO ask me to go see her on fri and i can collect my vehicle.

i need advice as to whether such an accident that is due to his reckless riding is claimable and what means do i go thru. please help me. i desperately need urgent advices. please guys.

are you ok dude?? u need to report to ur insurer within 24hrs....u have his details and he was still there when u called tp i suppose? would be good if u have witness...

the tp would have it...if u want to chop2,juz call him and ask for the details then go make the report..but then u cant verify his info.so his number plate should be ok, and the tp has his details anyway....then let the insurers fight it out...in terms of ur chances...maybe u can ask ur io abt non- collision cases; how they generally turn out..
