what's the costs of insurance for Harleys sportsters to baggers?

For sportster 883R, I was told that first party insurance is about $800 plus with NCD by the dealer...I'm waiting for my 08 883r in oct.

NTUC quoted be around $500 or so for 3rd party 883 also. Should be around there lor

my younger brother is more & more interested in Harley-Davidson~! Not my fault~ but he keep asking me about the details concern about Harley ~ of course not in front of our dad

 

So I just went to put my brother as sub-rider at insurance agency just now. Next time you see somebody riding my bike, that would be my brother

i really like the '08 1200R.it comes with the 4.5 gallon tank,which is great.i think it's the same as the Custom's.of course the peanut tank looks much much nicer and is the signature of the sportster.I wonder why they can't make a 4.5 gallon peanut tank? they have smaller aftermarket ones,they should make bigger ones

looking at the dealership's price list,the prices includes rd tax,reg fees,IU etc.On the fine print it states that the loan deposit is decided by them.does it mean we can't put a higher downpayment? i believe the standard dp is 10% of the price

You can put higher down-payment, the tag hang at the show-room bike is the lowest you need to pay for downpayment

Need Help - took out the screw at the back of our HD mirror;

now can't put it back, believe the nut (or whatever it bites on) is mis-aline.

 

other than smashing the mirror to replace the nut, any ideas ????
