Hi everyone, got myself a forty eight few weeks ago, curious about the cleaning and polishing regime esp in sg condition. Any tips from the pros .. dos and don't.

Ace Custom Tony, moved back to JB to semi retire. for Harley servicing and repairs,  i recommend Sanfu at Kaki Bukit.   Just google it.  They are efficient both in cost and time taken.  Simple

my Sporty's backfiring is getting worse leh... bike is consistently choking & coughing... I think I'm gonna go look for Mr Yee again...

 

Guys, if I go there about between 6~630pm on weekday, will it be too late?

If your ride is more than a few years old get him to check your vacume. Same thing was happening to me a short while back - turned out to be a vacume problem caused by small perforations in the fuel line.

We only got a couple before her batteries went flat. LOL next time will have to remind her to charge her batteries as well as bring the camera. Hopefully the HOG photographer will put some good photos up on the HOG website.

 

I'l see what she has on her camera when I join them for a bit of R&R in Australia later this week.

Yo harley bros.... need help... Is it advisable to get a 10 year old Harley. If i'm going to buy a harley older than 10 years old say for $15,000. Am I able to get a loan for it and where?

Why would you wanna buy a 10 years plus old Harley for 15k? unless you're talking about other models besides a sportster, I don't think you should. Might as well get a brand new one and get loan from dealership

 

15k is for a Fatboy. I was weighing if I should just buy a brand new Sportster or a 10 year old Fatty... i think I got my answer...thanks very much Bro....

Was in Kallang area yesterday afternoon, so dropped by at Tony's to fix my backfiring problem. I left my bike there & went for my makan, came back 2hrs later & my bike was purring like a dream :) Washed carb, replaced a seal & some tuning was all that was done. I'm a happy customer...
