hi i'm new to this bike.... i wanna get a ducati monster 400 either from forum is there any bikeshop selling?.... can i know is there first hand ducati m400? if not which year is the latest i can get... lastly wats the price range...

There is no more new ducati m400 in production, can only try your luck finding 2nd hand monster, but now alot ppl finding too , so good luck

a) Is it possible to use other duc models rear shocks on the monster? e.g. supersports, 999, 916, etc

b) Is it possible to use other monster models rear shocks on the monster 400?

yup..sweet man...apparently they have adopt the high mounts...no issue for rider but for pillion must carefull...the exhaust has a MT01 DNA in it dun ya think?

Wah nice ... but the 2 black patches on the tank look funny and the headlight looks nicer if it's not divided by anything. Pipes are high mounted. That means I can't use my Oxford panniers anymore (haha sounds as though I'm buying the bike). But very nice overall. The monster looks more modern now. Just wondering what are the other colours besides red.

well. tht's always e case w newer models of classic vehicles. for eg. alot of people complained abt e new mini cooper not being so mini afterall coz of it's larger size n all. but then it's now an icon.. i'm sure it's e same case w e new monster.

Still prefer the ex monster design... like M400 or 695. But i guess will adapt to the new monster. Aiming to get 695 actually then went down Ducati shop... they told me abt 696... hhaha same price... digital speedo... might as well get the 696. the 848 is pretty cool too... but nothing beats the 1098
