Wifey already making noise cos too much stuff at home. Also selling off original mickey mouse mirrors and headlamp with clamps. Any takers?

I got my rubber changed to metzeler sportec m1 S$240 fr L.A.B plus balancing.

Last night when I checked my seat after taking out the "one seater",

pillion seat is broken and covered with duct tape. sigh...

I gotta go for seat wrap.

where do you guys normally go for seat wrap? 219 shop ?

 

Does any1 fix box on monster here?

I like to go for side boxes if available. any opinion?

For seat re-wrap my experience with 219 has been good. So can recommend:thumb:

 

Fixing box on monster? I dont think so, top box too ugly LOL

 

For side box, there are some options. If you got mega $$$$ i think minerva has OEM side boxes which fit monster perfectly. some of the guys here use soft bags (like H@nn, you can ask him about what he's using, i cant remember the brand). If you want non-ducati hard cases, i don't know of any aftermarket ones. You can always buy a set for another bike and custom fit it to the monster but it will take some work

FYI :

 

Its not advisable to re-stable your seat if you want to re-wrap your seat.

 

Do use carpet glue and use min staple to support.

 

There was lots of seat that was send to factory coz crack due to heavy stapling on seat.

 

Do take not. Just sharing. Its up to you once again

Dood I'm using Viper soft saddles on my duke. They work fine with no mods. can fit one helmet each side. You might want to try arjays also, but need to cut the strap a bit. Cheers

Met a group of guys riding Suzuki Supermortard at Mont Faber...those guys were amazing.... riding around the Mont Faber at a speed of 80 to 100, I think. I was riding at 60 to 70... but totally cound't catch them.. and they are riding scambles...
