It is with disappointment that I read about a void warranty due to a non-approved exhaust.

This is utter B.S.

And it makes it even more ridiculous that a 2mth old bike can snap a belt.

Worst, the agt turns around and starts pointing fingers at you?

Did the guy explain to you how your LV can lead to the snapped belt?

Or can he?

Does that mean that anyone with non-approved exhausts should expect their chains to snap, rims to crack, headlights to blow, piston rods to bend and ignition to be misfiring due to an exhaust upgrade for your specified bike model from an established exhaust manufacturer?

Just hope that the issue don't become like the SUPER DUKE 990 issue..

Btw hi to all Ducatisians.. I'll be getting my m400 next month. Hopefully pass my TP too and I'll try to meet up with all of you... :cheeky:

Btw thnks to all tat had given thoughts n suggestion n had take into consideration on the outcome of this issue... But wat matters most is i'm still in 1 piece n wanna thnks to the driver behind me tat had saw my bike skidded at the 1st lane while doin 110km/h n he tried blocking the lane while i was juggling wif the bike eversince the rear tyre had lock...My bike skidded for about 20m before it come to a hail n the driver block the lane i was on till i get to force to push to the shoulder. Kudos to him to help me in another way though n the rd condition was a bit wet tat had given me the advantages to drift the bike if it had been dry i would instantly buang 4 sure!!! But now wat matters most tat im still in 1 piece n wanna forget watever happened n look ahead again to enjoy the riding experience n not making this a big issue n juz let watever outcome be on the claim issues or watever become a hinder coz at the end of the day money can always be earned but life is priceless...:thumb:So guys be safe when ur riding/driving ya....

:pity: :pity: :pity: :pity: oh gosh! hope everything works out for you and get your bike back into running order asap! ..their reason really quite silly, i hope the same thing doesn't happen to me otherwise it could be a major problem and end up having a recall?! anyway glad you are fine

Trust me...

Hangin out with the boyz.. you will place the alarm thing last priority.

These boyz here are gonna poison you and your coming bike with performance parts etc.

I suggest you start on planning how to break your bank or start working something to grow your bank account. You'll definately needed to use them once you get your bike :-)

Cheers!

Save the money from the alarm. Most likely the alarm harms the battery and electrical system more. Invest in bike cover and disc brake lock is better than an alarm that makes noise and no one in sg cares if the bike is getting stolen or not.

When it comes to bikes, I only see red…

Totally agreed with you. Maybe tell this to LV and let it have a go at Ducati sg. Haiz.. just when i am comtemplating getting a 696...

This is totally not acceptable.

It's been many time I was torn down by ducatis along the expressway.

I got hard time or could not even catch up with one.

If you are seen on the road, it means you're not riding a ducati properly.

Just kidding...

Cheers!

Can test ride meh?? I thought they are only going to place 1 bike there and let a few hundred pple sit and molest it? Typical bike launch in SG?

The bike looks quite nice from the right side, but I can't say so if it's viewed from the front. It'll look even better if it came with another exhaust on the left side.

See you tonight Vince :D

Yohji,

I also don't think they will let me sit on it and fire up the engine. What a shame.

Oh man.. looks like gotta squeeze thru to get a good glimpse of the bike from all angle in this case since only ONE BIKE and so many people molesting it.

Eh I'm not sure whether there will be ONE or TWO bikes lah .. but I think should be something like that? Remember the 1098 launch few years back. If I remember correctly, there's only 1 poor bike there servicing lots of molestors

The launch is at 25a Dempsey Rd 1900hrs. I don't know if the Ducati boys and girls are going to meetup prior to the launch. I'm going straight to the place ..
