I called up to Asph—n to ask about my insurance quotation & this bad customer service by the name Mary picks up my call.

I request to have quote from other insurance beside Ntuc, if can get AXA first will be better.

She said that will get back to me 5 mins time but didn’t.

I relax & understanding of their rush hours or having difficult in getting a quote, so I called back just to check with her again after around 40 mins.

 

This is how she answer to me:

Mary: Ntuc got send you a letter with quote rite, just follow the quote can Liao.

Me: So did you help me to check with other insurance company?

 

She put me on HOLD w/o telling me &

 

Mary: AXA dun take your bike, just take Ntuc can liao ok ok ok bye bye bye.

 

She hanged up the phone.

 

I was quite annoy by the way she served so I called up to Wilson who is her boss & complain about how his staff showing a bad attitude.

 

Next moment, she called me.

 

Mary: I’m CALLING YOU back as per Wilson request, YOUR QUOTE FROM mitsu is BLA BLA BLA BLA

 

Me: ok (then I hanged the phone on her cos I’m quite annoy by her loud voice which she did it on purpose)

 

So I call Wilson again & complained about this 2nd incident. He does seem to be interested in listening about it.

At this point of time I’m really very disappointed & annoyed by their service.

Dun feel like holding any of their bike or service but to think of it if I return them, they still can resell it, they earn & I lose it.

 

To all the Bros & Sis,

If this kind of customer service happens to you, what will you do & how are you going to react to it?

We all know that when the boss says that they will looked into it & nothing will comes out of it.

 

I did nothing wrong & I get this kind of sh*t/service from this B-tch.

i wun even bother 2 kol e boss. i will FXXK bak on e spot. same as wad i did 2 another motordiam. hu cares. its not e gal hu will b quoting u e price, so wad if u pissed off wif mi. FXXK her til u song. :smile:

i got the bad service when i try to sell my bike to them . act so yaya and told me my bike not worth money and give me all such of crap . If dont want to take my bike tell nicely lah , must say until i own them a living . i will never go near their shop again . bad customer service...

if bike shop gib u attitude, return em.

if u bought their bike liao, no choice, but u can oso return em wad they gib u. as in they tok loud, or rude @ u, return em. coz u hab no choice liao. but u no nid pay xtra 4 wad. so no worries. if selling bikes, they tell u wad n wad, return em " NVM lah, sg not onli asp nia. as if i owe u a living."

I dun wan point fingers at any shop but even d shop i bought my bike from.. they wer only interested in sellin d bike.. after i got my bike when i went there when my bike had problems they didnt really bother la.. even d mechanics anyhow do.. so many shops .. after selling off their bikes.. their service nt gd.. :cry:

Hahaha eventhough u won't recommend, they are still a lot of carrot head giving them business lor. Ever wonder why they have a few outlet? :giddy:

actually its not easy to find a shop that wun 'tok' you... almost everywhere will..

 

But for me, i would at least wan a shop with acceptable price and good aftersale service.. It wud be worth it even being a carrot head..

hey bro...that is not exactly true...

there are many shops around Singapore so its abit unsafe to mention that...

 

i was lucky enough to meet this shop owner while i was searching for my 1st bike...he took all the time in the world to explain everything to me and made sure i understood what i was getting myself into...

 

after sales he gave me a free 1 month warranty fer that bike...

even after that...i am convinced to say that he always welcomed me back with open arms for the slightest of problems...

 

today he is a real bro...now i am often at his shop when i got nothing to do...

helping out with what i can...

 

From a Saleman...to the best of Bros!

 

steady guys...dun let the emotion of owning the machine of ur dreams make u side-track of things...been there!....hahahaha!!

 

anyway...with regards to the problem faced by the thread-starter....same like most would do...**** the beach on the spot!

revoked for a year

dec 06- now : X1

now yearning for a 125z to lay out n used for track

n btw my 1 dollar opinion....juz buy the bike from these f*c*king shops..n service ur bike at ur best mechanic......the onli thing u go to ur bike shop is to pay ur installments

Was there before to enquire about the price of a particular bike.

The sales person spoke with sarcasm like I can't afford it.

 

I bought the same bike elsewhere at 2k cheaper.

 

So Mr sale person, if you're reading this, i've got two words for you.

wow. look like alot of bad blood here.

I think i would suggest that if want to ask about anything about bike matters, just look for mark.

those who pick up the phone are from the office. only 2 ppl are selling bike there.(mark and 1 more uncle)

i would say mark is more friendly when you are enquiring about anything.

i got all my bike there and i dun think there is anything wrong with them.

just my 2cent worth. :cheer:

i would agree the price wise is not that good but all the machine i took has got no major problem except wear and tear part which is unaviodable.

of course it is not the first time liao, when i'm there I see her in person ans the call & serving the cust with the same manner, at the point of time i thought it is the cust who gave her problems but I"m wrong
