depends how serious lor.. that time an old fren B took my fren A bike to ride, somemore drunk then crash...

 

his bike gone and his license provoked for 2 yrs..

unless my fren A says his fren B stole his key, then its another story.. but his fren will go to jail.

most likely license will get revoked. the only solution to save the owner is that the guy who ride his bike w/o insurance to say he ride his bie w/o his consent.

This is tantamount to stealing the friend's bike.. Which could result in a jail term..
