Finally changed my both tires to Batlax 015.

 

Good grip and turn more faster/quicker.

Noticed that the rear tire look little slim compared to other makers of same size.

 

Even in the wet....it grips.

Verdict: Batlax 015 better than the OEM Dunlop Sportmax.

Yeap....BT 015 is from Bridgestone.

 

Another tire that I tested before was Metzeller Z6 fitted on a Yamaha R1. Grip wise....it grips eventhough the road had some sand/gravel. On the wet..it grips better than BT015.

 

Verdict : Z6 better than BT015. That is for sure.

And the Z6 tread last longer than the BT015 coz the Z6 tread depth is more deeper.

I think Euro models are the ones with flushed turn signals for the 04/05.. correct me if im wrong..

Ok..if I am not mistaken, the US model comes with flush signal.

Those Euro , Australian and Canadian specs comes with those normal signal.

If I am not mistaken.....otherwise I also might be wrong ley.

Negative! US and Canadian model comes with normal signal for the 04/05. They have side reflectors as well. Euro and Australian comes with flush signals and does not have reflectors.

 

For 06/07, all model comes with flush signals.

How do you find the new tire profile for the 07 model. As you know..Kawi 07 comes with 55.

And Honda, Suzy and Yami still using the 50 profile.

 

Why all other makers still maintain on 50 instead of follow suit to 55? Ehmmmm....till todate I also don't know.

The 55 profile size started off with the 06 model. Basically the higher profile allow the rider to have a bigger lean angle. More contact patch on the tarmac during lean.

 

Judging from the trend, profile of performance tire will get higher and higher. Dunlop Sportmax already have a 190/60 profile tire in production.

 

Size like 125/80 front and 195/70 rear are also available.

It's a pity the stock profiles are 190/55 at the rear, but the Qualifiers are crap.
