Feedback on this pipe ?? good performance ? value worth ? how much brand new ???

What are the brands / options available for 10R. Probably if i change, i will take the slip-on. Enough already..too much power oso not utilised.

 

what brands available ?

 

GPR high mount ( think one guy selling )

Akrapovic ??? illegal or illegal??

Yoshi ( got carbon fibre or titanium?? )

Muzzys ( impression is Muzzys are very very compatible on kawa ) true or nt?

Arrow ?

Leo Vince ?

Micron ?

 

Who know how much the exhausts will cost ? which is legal ? wat is illegal?

GPR high mount will give u the 'punch' at higher rpms.. scary!

Akra is legal if u get the legal ones la.. hex abt $1100

Yoshi got both ti & cf.. legal.. check with motorworld

Muzzys = illegal = check with ah tak..

Arrow/LV/Micron has got legal ones too..

There isn't a brand new for 10r anyore.. only piece on Buzz's bike.. :cry:

Power-wise i think the yoshi dual tip isn't that great, but looks really nice. Akras and kawas go well together. I've also been hearing good things about Leo Vince pipes. Some dudes use microns too.Don't think muzzy is legal here.

 

I'm using an illegal akra for track/m'sia trips and stock for local riding. Legal exhausts are approved for street use in their home countries (usually europe or japan) and LTA will approve them with the proper paperwork submitted and all that crap, they usually come with baffles to lower the sound level.

 

Yen, your friend was the one who lowsided last friday coming out of T10? Met him before when hanging with the 636 riders at dam. He's riding EVO's previous 636.

hi,u guys toking bout mi high mount.....??its actually nt safe riding wif these pipe as pple tends to stared at mi or wat wen stop in traffic n overtaking...???the sound is indeed annoying 2.

yup tats him orite...tat dual tip he sold off to vol after i bought over vol high mount.ke,ke....he's using n akra evo full system nw i think....

Anything above 6000rpms is antisocial already. Or maybe I"m too used to my 80dB rocket launchers. :D

no lah..my stock got sum scratches and like foot prints all over..the burnt types dat cant be removed..all due to the previous owner..so i wud juz wanna get a new one if possible :angel:

Yeah norz i'm using the valtermoto ones, from G-Max at Gerry Looi's.

 

I'm shopping around for aftermarket rearsets. Most likely going for Vortex one, although tempted to test out the thailand-made imitations ahaha
