Should I appeal for Exhust pipe tampered with and Headlight not display?

Should i appeal for Exhust pipe tampered with and headlight not displaying? $750

 

Is it first timer appeal sure will have discount or waved off? Because this does not have deduct any demerit points. Should i save the first time appeal for next time if i kanna deduct demerit points?

 

Can i check is it that as long as u try to appeal 2nd time it will not be successfull? Even if it is for other things or summon?

if im not wrong is tampered exhuast even with cert is 700 if its just non road legal exhaust, is 500..

nowadays LTA quite strict on modifications of vehicles, so I dun think appealling is gonna help, but you could try...
