Thanx bro. Supposed to have 1 day trips this 2 weekends but i gotta pass coz I spent alot at Phuket, hence no budget liao.

 

My next long trip will b in July. Planning to go Koh Samui wif my GEDUTS, but most prolly will go Phuket again, due to some unfinished biz .........:cheeky:

Yup! Ever since my 1st ride up wif u guys laz dec, there's no stopping frm there. Noting beats riding the wind.

The end of year thingy, i still waiting for zasrock.

I read somewhere in this forum that epoxy does not help at all...

In fact it is actually a short term solution which in the long run will do more harm than good...

Maybe the seniors can assist...

As for welding of radiator, Im sure most bike shops will be able to assist you...

Have you tried the one you frequently go to for servicing?

2004 - 2006 = Honda Phantom TA200

2006 - 2008 = Yamaha Dragstar Classic 400

2008 - ???? = FJR1300ABS / 08 (hereinafter conferred the name of the 'Black Berserker')

hello to all FJRians...been a long time since i last logged in....still need lots of catching up here....

 

anewae, i like to ask all..wats the normal coolant temperature on ur meter during normal riding..cos mine gets to 3 bar very quick and then the fans will start to on...is it normal???also im using water wetter as coolant...its supposed to help keep the temp down...but it seems like theres no different...

 

help me please...

The timing for our bike turn on the fan is depend on wat kind of cooler you r using, some will turn on early to avoid over-hit happen and some will turn on when it really hot... For me, I prefer my bike turn e fan on early so that it will cool down e bike before it really get hot... :)

Not really....

If you r riding 06' onward and pre 06' before, then u will know the diff....

Or else just change better coolen... : )
