There're quite a few website selling parts for the Z, standard accessories to specific streetfighter styled parts. Just google them. If you are looking for shops in Singapore, then it's the usual culprit like Motovation, Motorworld, Regina, Ah Boy, etc. Specific brands are represented by different shops other than those listed above. Again, more info to help us help you.

google them of course i did.. just wondering if you guys might know beta then d google sites i found..

for d shops will definately go round to check d accessories out when i can ride again

I found eBay to be my best friend... and worst enemy.

Haha. I second that.

Search ebay germany (not US, not Singapore) even if you don't buy there. May give you an idea of what is available. Germans makes quite a bit of toys for us. Streetfighter Inc and wild hair accessories has a collection of more unique stuff so it's a great central place to browse. Overseas forum is a nice place to see what's available too. There're a few Zed forums, though I don't have them with me now. Google "Z1000 forum" and you browse through their accessories or garage sections. A bit of work.

Or just post specifically what you are looking for. Maybe we came across it before, maybe not :)

To those looking for mirrors, think it'll help if you state which Gen (year) bike you are looking for. If you don't care which year, then any aftermarket mirrors will fit too. Just don't get Yamaha ones.

Hi DrRipper,

Sorry for my noob...Why can't we used Yamaha mirror? Is there any difference on the threading and size?

I am looking for the latest gen Z1000 mirror...Love this bike and its design...

Thank you for your reply

Yamaha mirrors have counter-clockwise threads.

Yup. The screw in thread for left and right mirrors for other bikes are the same. For yamaha, left mirror screw in counter clockwise and the right mirror screw in clockwise (or the other, cant remember). If you change your mirror mounts, then it's a different story (usually the generic way).

Hi DrRipper,

Another words I can buy the nuts for counter clockwise to convert it to normal threading like Kawasaki?

Any idea how much is this stock mirror for brand new and where to get it?

Thank you

Why would you want to do that? and I don't think it's easy to do as the "nut" is part of the mirror stem.

You need kawasaki mirrors, just get kawa parts. Read a few page back in this thread on where the kawa agent is in Johor Bahru. Cheaper and faster. Else it's our local dealer at Evershine (Sin Ming). You can check the price and lead time there. Or search online for http://www.kawasakipartshouse.com and similar sites for the part number and price (in USD).

If you don't need original kawa parts, then any other brands or aftermarket ones will do. I can't remember the bolt size so bring something (that was on your bike) to the shop to compare. Europeans and American brands use different size threads that most Japanese makes.

simple servicing, most mechs can do... spare parts get from Skudai when the rest do go... oil filter can get from eBay...

If u wan "specialise".... there's only one place... its the most dreaded one... Evershine... Kawasaki agent..

Yamaha or honda oil filter will fit. I've been using Fazer1 oil filter :) Kawa filter cos at least twice as much locally.

Clutch cable also can use other makes. I have a CB750 clutch cable cos I wanted it longer for my MX bars. If your mech is good, just ask them what can fit. If not, then I bring you to mine at HKL. More expensive but he does a good and trustworthy job.

ok can bring me? my number 98416525. i call evershine now they say oh we sold our last one this morning , yea right! . Anyway thats a good idea . I tried calling motomatic no one picks up . Man this clutch cable is giving me a headache.

I think clutch cable don't have to use OEM... you try online... got alot of websites sells dismantled bike parts... if not try eBay... down side you gotta have patience n wait..

I normally order oil filters online and just keep them til my next oil change.. ^_^
