Would like to ask to clarify something.

 

I got caught by lta enforcer last mth. And I went vitas for inspection and they failed my silencer.

Because of a nut that is different from the original picture, they just kept failing my exhaust zzz.

But now is, I changed my silencer already and went for the inspection this monday, and awaiting for their call to state whether I pass the enforcer inspection. I have not yet received any calls but I logged into one motoring and saw an outstanding fine of 500$. So is it I already cleared my enforcer inspection?

 

My road tax and annual inspection is due tml. I have to clear the enforcer inspection before I can proceed to my annual inspection. So is it my enforcer inspection is cleared already since I received my 500$ fine? Or they can issue a fine even thought I still fail the enforcer inspection? Need help cause I dun want waste time going down to vicom and not able to do my annual inspection. And I am deciding whether to look for a stock exhaust.

From what I see is they want to fine u for illegal mod to an legal pipe. Same as what I was fined for fews month before. I was ridding w/o silencer on my legal pipe. They took few photos ask me proceed for inspection.

 

On the same day before going for inspection, I fixed back the silencer BUT was still slap with the $300 fine after appealing.

 

Be remorseful and save $200 ! 😁

Where do you appeal? I received my fine already. But i appealed to LTA but they rejected it =.=l. Should i look for MP?

I email LTA instead. Maybe I got a valid reason that's why they gave me discount ? Hahaha
