Congratulations! May i ask if you AD3 is first batch or subsequent batch already?

Actually, not sure abt that. When I placed my order last week, the shop told me the first batch of 15 was sold out, but there was a new shipment just received.

Not sure how true that is, but am just glad that I could collect mine tdy. :)

What material is it made from?

My bike fell flat today after parking on a slight gradient and getting off. The bike moved forward slightly and disengaged the side stand. Very deep scratches occurred, learnt my lesson should park on mainstand on any kind of slightest slope.

Strictly do not get this bike if can't park on mainstand!

It is PVC Fibre board. It uses for switch board insulation panel. Can form different shape after heating.

When park with side stand, make sure engage hand brake.

Yes, it's just right in the middle of the handlebar.

Hi Andre, looks like a job well done to me.

Just collected my matt black AD3 (300cc) today. :)

Cheers

Lan

Congraz for your new ride. I believe yours is the new batch. Heard the 2nd batch arrived in Singapore 2 weeks ago.

Hmmm... How come I didn't received mine yet? The last time I called was 2 weeks ago and Mah said they didn't know when the next shipment will be... Lousy dealership.. Lucky enough I still have my other vehicles. Hope they don't run away with my booking fees.. Haha

Did more riding on the ADtre tdy. Pickup seems pretty ok to me. Normally travel abt 80 kmh. only went up to 90 kmh once as still running in. Feels more stable with 2 wheels in front, esp when there is cross wind. My previous AD250 was quite sensitive to cross-winds, but the ADtre feels more stable. :)

Maybe it's just me (big foot), but does anyone feel that the floorboard is too small? Seems that the front part of the floorboard was shortened for the body of the bike. When I try to put my foot of the floorboard, it ends up half on the front part and half on the rear floorboard (there is a V shaped gap under my feet)... Otherwise, I have to stick half my foot out from the floorboard. Wondering if it is possible to install some kind of metal board over that to make that part even. Will try to get someone to take a photo of how it looks like for me.

Yes the floorboard is small, I am size 9 foot also find the board very small.

This bike does 90km/h at around 5600 RPM and 100km/h at 6000 RPM, max rpm I think is 8,500RPM according to specs. So i guess it's pretty decent for SG travelling.

Right now I would wanna solve the high temperature problem and front tyre spray.

Anyone feels that this bike has quite limited lean angle? Max cornering speed is about 60kmh only. Tyre has alot more rubber left but the suspension already max lean.

The floor board is inherited from the previous model, they just chopped it shorter to make room for the 2 front wheels. Therefore, it is much shorter and can't rest your feet properly.

Yes, it has limited tilt angle, probably about 40-45 deg.

I have done some googling on the web and found several sites stating that 100deg coolant operating temperature is common on modern high efficiency engine. So i guess it ain't broke?

Ya initially very heart pain. But after touch up with marker cant really see it. Matte black has its own advantage/disadvantages.

Before remove the stopper, should check whether the wheels will hit other part or not.

I will just go slow on cornering, so will just leave it as is.:)

That is good thing about matt black, easier to touch up.

My DIY side panel painted in matt black and it fooled people that thought it is original item. :)

HI, is there a digital tachnometer displaying the engine RPM on the digital panel?

I am almost nearing 1000KM now and I was riding in the hot afternoon sun at bugis. Although traffic was very slow due to the F1 re-routing, it seems that temperatures are more tame now. The avg temperature is 100C even when idling, then during extended idling it rises to 110C and once the fan turns on it maintains a steady 100C throughout. Temperatures on the move is usually 80-90C.

I would suggest to owners to hold out any mods to the cooling system until after full run in? Maybe you guys can feedback when you are around 1000KM if you have similiar observations as mine.

I hypothesize that since my FC and temperatures are getting better, it must be due to the engine more 'run in' and causing less friction and heat. Overheating might not be such a big issue afterall. I will continue to monitor to confirm that this finding is constant and true, not just an occurrence.

AD3 buyers please read todays Mah facebook........was going to book AD3 tomorrow, but NO THANKS......

thanks to a thread by Melinda, it help me decide........the rubbish, customers have to put up with this company......

With good contributors like Andre, Ben, who care enough share, I was thinking maybe give this guys (mah motors) a chance and hope for the best, but it seems they will never change.......

Again and again.......sigh, they may have the best bikes in the world, but it will all come to nought.....zero.......zilch......kosong......, the beginning of the end started a long time ago.........
