guarentor issue

hihi guys, i would like to ask if any of you or your frens has try to do this before,

 

for example, i and my fren ABC both become a guarentoor for a another fren's XXX bike. is it possible that if i dun wanna be the guarentor now, can i withdraw my name out? my fren XXX has already taken the bike out and riding it for a few month already.

Btw tink even bike shop allows u they will oso ask u get some1 2 replace ur name. but tink cant replace de lAH.

Can. If the bike shop dont allow. Go lawyer pay some money $200-300, say u want them write letter for you stated you dont want become the guarantor animore. Copy it and pass to the shop, then go home.

you sure that if i go to the lawyer and stated i dun wish to be guarentoor anymore and write a statement, then the bike shop will remove my name?

 

if the bike shop dun allows or recongize the statement how?

Its not as easy as that. The guarantor have enter into an agreement with the shop. He/she don't just back out that easily.

 

Best is to go to the shop and ask them personally. If they allow. Good for you.
