not sure for bikes but i know a shop called ADSM advanced scratch master somewhere near hougang ave 3. u can search online, they do a very good job patching up and can match the color of ur paintwork. 6 mths or 1 yr warranty for the patch work forgot liaoz.

it is also becos if don't wish to repaint my tank. using a tank bra is the next option. right? hehehe...

Just went to LAB this evening.

 

Was quoted $60 for the tankbra + installation.

$50 if you install it yourself.

Jux ask anyone here... Majority of the ppl here know how to fix...

 

Anyway, I'd rather u pay more getting a Bagster for the quality....

for my wife's car, dented fender and bumper cost me 200 and a day.

 

area of repaint about 1 sq m.

 

they sand down the paint, knock back the dent

use computer match color, spray n laquer.

 

so will take bloody long.

depends on wad u need. i owned both b4. but after getting bagster. no regrets. texture, fitting n outlook. mayb u might wan go motoworld n see e bagster n den go LAB look @ e okado b4 making a decision.

there are diff bras for diif versions i guess... bt from what i noe spec 1,2,3 can use the same bra ideally it fits spec3 the best other than that, VerS n

Remember to remove/un-cover your new bra consistently/frequently. Numerous yet fine scratches that accumulate from unstoppable dust that seeps in with time, are very difficult to remove..and also remain permanent.

 

The key to have a gleaming scratchless tank well protected by bra ---> Clean whats underneath the bra as often as you can.

 

But 2 tone color between the tank and other bodyworks of the bike is unavoidable as the bras do not allow UV rays to penetrate.
