hey guyz.. i happened to see icez's beloved bike at the bikeshop. GOSH!! what an impact!!! no words to describe the bike.

 

bro, rest well and recover soon.... bike can be repaired BUT not human life

That's why I seldom use my last gear when travelling at higher speed range. At 180 - 220 km/hr, I will use my 2nd last gear for a bit more power to control the bike. Because at last gear, there will not be as much power, really feel as if the whole bike is floating on air, a small stone might spell tremendous danger, even with the HESD...

 

From Pagoh back to GP Esso, my fuel consumption is like 12.6km per litre...

 

I on my high beam to visualise the incoming road, whether it is straight or curving... and to see oncoming road harzards...

 

My neck and wrist still hurts a lot now...

As to the part about keeping quiet for fear of offending others, i guess quite a no of us at some pt, be it during the trip or not, we got offended by someone or another, some keep quiet, some pass comments, some spoke but got a "rude" reply.. whatever the case, we are all a group of close friends and bikers and should not let things affect our friendship. Yes, we joke, we make fun of one another, but we do care about one another too and do show our concern, so if need be, please find an appropriate time to share feedback so that others can be aware and try to improve. If we don't speak up, others will never know.

 

We are not perfect people, we all have shortcomings, so if anyone do share feedback, guys please take it constructively and kindly reflect and not think that you are always "right".

 

Please feel free to share feedback with me anytime, I know I have my shortcomings too.

Nah, no issue.. You bike really fast wor.. Juz that when i see headlights behind me, i would tend to ride faster.. then at that speed already very fast liao wor and i dont dare to go any faster

Yah. . i have one for you.. your HID very bright!!!.. he he.. no lah.. its good that ur light is unique so that the markers can know its you (sweeper)

 

Its good to speak up.. Got one stop at Machap Ah Blue was telling me that I overtook and changed lane quite dangerously and worse, chaochao was following close behind me.. That moment I was too shacked to say anything but after I heard that I knew I had to force myself to follow someone else, all hell breaks loose..

 

If Blue never told me that I think I would have rode in the same manner towards GP esso and dunnoe if I would even reach there or not..

 

Thanks to those who horn me oso so that I wake up and be more alert..

 

To all, dun worry, I take all comments with a good stride. Just that that nite I was too tired and shacked to say anything.. was conserving my energy.

Anyway for those bikes came back from CH still dirty, you can go to Caltex in front of Temasek Poly, pay the boss of the carwash 5 bucks, let them do the cleaning for you. You can also spray the water yourself then let them do the scrubbing and soaping.. then you spray and rinse yourself, finally let them do the drying.. Just did that with carrot and Arse.. not bad lah.. spared me the huffing and puffing, wats more with little rest nowadays..

Ya bro i was so worried actually when u guys move off that night i kept thinking where are u guys already... where are u guys already... When i woke up in the morning my thoughts were... have u guys reach have u guys reach... When i receive ur call im washing bike wif Puz i was stunt when u told me he drop but felt better when i know he is still fine... I'm also worried that u might sleep while riding back... Lucky ROyston msg me telling me that u guys have move on and will reach ard 3am... I keep looking at my watch whenever u guys came into my mind... That morning i was working at 4am so i was wondering how come no one msg that u guys are back safely so i decide to msg Ash he replied me that most are back safely then comes calebo news... Again i started to worry but happy to hear he is alright....

 

I think that kind of feeling when i cant contact u guys to know how are things going on felt so scary...All i could do is to wait for good news...

yes, i do agree with what arsenz had said.. I find it's better to speak up and let the other party know of your opinions. At times, we are unable to see ourselves clearly to see where we went wrong, its good to have a 3rd party opinions.

 

And no.. Rico, i didnt took what u said to heart, pls dont apologise to me so much.. Nb, Pagoh one time.. machap one time, GP esso one time.. in forum one time..

 

Its good to let me know of my riding style that i tends to make late turns into R&R.. I didnt know tat all the bros behind were following me blindly and making late turns too..

I have told u before the trip that you and manzz will be my 'Eyes' throughout as i wouldnt know whats happening behind and need u to feedback to me. Thanks!
