Genting/ Fraser Hill 3-5 January 2014

Hi,

 

I'm organizing a short trip to KL/ Genting/ Fraser Hill on 3Jan2014 to 5Jan2014

(Friday afternoon set off, Sunday Noon back SG)

 

Cruising Speed : 110km/hr

 

Open to Class 2B/2A that can maintain that speed & have safe riding attitude.

 

Minimum Attire :

Jeans or better

Armoured/ Mesh Jacket

Gloves

Fullface helmet

Riding Boots/ covered shoes

 

Things-To-Bring :

Raincoat (Must)

Spare Clutch cable (if Applicable/possible)

Spare Rectifier (if Applicable/possible)

Disc Lock/Alarm

Chain w/lock

Touch&Go card

SG $

RM $

 

Below is the Estimated time for the trip, subject to weather/condition n ect for the day.

 

 

 

 

3 January 2014 FRIDAY

 

5.15pm : Meet up GP Petronas

5.30pm : Set off GP Petronas

5.45pm : Enter NSHW

7.45pm : R&R at Ayer Keroh A&W Bridge (KM220)

9.45pm : exit NSHW, Sungai Besi Toll (KM340)

10.30pm : Check-in hotel @ Bukit Bintang, free&easy

 

 

 

4 January 2014 SATURDAY

 

6.00am : Set off Hotel to Genting Highland

7.00am : Arrive at Genting Highland, free&easy

8.30am : Set off Genting Highland to Fraser Hill, via Batang Kali

10.00am : Arrive Fraser Hill, free&easy

11.00am : Set off Fraser Hill back to Hotel @ Bukit Bintang

 

 

 

5 January 2014 SUNDAY

 

5.30am : Set off hotel back to SG via NSHW

8.30am : R&R at Ayer Keroh A&W Bridge (KM220)

10.30am : GP Esso

Wow! sounds quite interesting... But I have Derbi 125. Do you think it can cruise at 110km/h. I know 90-100KMPH is not a problem to it. Also, I have done a lot of touring but not SG to Malaysia till now. So can you help me knowing where can I get the Touch and Go card?

 

By the way, you may count me in

Also, just a suggestion! how about meeting up on this weekend for a small breakfast ride? that will also help the group to know each other better before we go on a long ride
